1. Project Deposits

A deposit may be required before work begins. Deposits secure your project in our schedule and cover planning, research, and initial development. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, deposits are non-refundable once work has started.

2. Custom Services

Our services, including website design, website development, WordPress development, HubSpot development, Shopify development, landing page design, website redesign, website migration, SEO, and maintenance services, are customized for each client. As a result, completed work and time already invested are non-refundable.

3. Project Cancellation

If you choose to cancel a project after work has begun, you are responsible for payment for all work completed up to the cancellation date. Any remaining unpaid balance for completed work must be settled before project files are released.

4. Milestone Payments

For projects billed in phases or milestones, each completed milestone is considered accepted once delivered or approved. Payments made for completed milestones are non-refundable.

5. Delayed or Inactive Projects

If a project is delayed due to a lack of client communication, content, approvals, or required access for an extended period, we reserve the right to place the project on hold. Payments already made remain non-refundable for work completed.

6. Revisions

We are committed to working with our clients to achieve the agreed project goals. Revisions included in your proposal or package will be completed according to the agreed scope. Requests outside the original scope may require additional time and fees.

7. Third-Party Costs

Payments made for third-party services, including domain registration, web hosting, premium themes, plugins, software licenses, stock assets, advertising platforms, or other external services, are non-refundable. Any refunds for these services are subject to the policies of their respective providers.

8. Exceptional Circumstances

Refund requests may be considered only in exceptional circumstances and solely at our discretion. Any approved refund will be calculated after deducting the value of completed work, consultation time, purchased resources, administrative costs, and applicable transaction fees.

9. Chargebacks

If you have concerns regarding your project or invoice, please contact us before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback. We are committed to resolving issues professionally and in good faith.
